what you'll need
- 1 cup fresh rasberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 oz of Low Calorie or All Natural FRS® Concentrate
- 1 container (8 oz) fat free French vanilla yogurt
- Honey if desired
directions
- In a blender, blend the raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, FRS® Concentrate, and yogurt until smooth.
