what you'll need
- 10 ice cubes
1 ripe banana chopped (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 packet Lemon Lime or Orange flavor FRS® Powder
- 2 tablespoons or 1 scoop of powdered protein supplement
directions
- In a blender, blend the ice, banana, yogurt, orange juice, FRS® Powder and protein powder until smooth.
